Please note:
• All activities will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis. You will receive a confirmation email from the Activities Organiser to confirm your bookings.
• All activity times have been allocated based on the available free time slots in the conference itinerary.
• To give all delegates an opportunity to enjoy the Game Drive experience, please limit your game drive bookings to 3 (three) over the course of the conference. We encourage those arriving a little earlier to book Game Drives on those days.
• You will also be able to book additional Game Drives and activities at the Conference Activities & Information Hub during the course of the conference. (Subject to availability)
• All delegates are required to join in on the compulsory Game Drive on Wednesday afternoon, 31 August 2022. (This is not included in the booking form)
